The North Cornwall GP Locality stretches from Bodmin to Bude and down to Lostwithiel.
The North Kerrier GP Locality includes the conurbation of Redruth, Pool and Camborne, the smaller town of Illogan and the village of Praze-an-Beeble.
The Falmouth and Penryn GP Locality includes the four GP practices in the towns.
The South Kerrier GP Locality stretches from the south coast locations of St Keverne and Mullion over to the town of Helston and over the sea to the Isles of Scilly.
The East Cornwall GP Locality practices in the large east Cornwall area stretching from Torpoint to west of Looe.
The Newquay GP Locality comprises two practices in the town and their 27,730 patients.
The Penwith GP Locality stretches from St Ives on the North Coast to Marazion on the South Coast.
The Coastal Clusters GP Locality stretches from Carnon Downs over to St Agnes and Perranporth on the North coast.
The Mid Cornwall GP Locality a large area that stretches from the Roselland over to Fowey on the south coast and up to Padstow on the north coast.
The Truro GP Locality comprises of practices based within the city and their approximate 30,000 patients. The locality of Truro is mainly urban with some rural outlying settlements.
