All NHS organisations are required to publish an annual report and financial statements at the end of each financial year.
The 2017/18 annual report provides an overview of our achievements, challenges and performance during the past 12 months.
The annual report and accounts for 2017/2018 will be formally considered at the meeting of the Governing Body in September

Annual audit letter
The Code of Audit Practice requires auditors to produce an Annual Audit letter. It provides a commentary on the results of the auditor’s work and highlights any issues that the auditor wishes to the attention of the public.
Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017
The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017 took effect on 1 April 2017, this means that NHS employers are now required to publish certain information on trade union officials and facility time on their website and within annual reports.
The information in this report provides information relevant to the period of 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2018. This will be updated annually.
