Document library help and support

The document library stores our policies, guidelines, reports and strategies. You can also use it to download posters and patient information leaflets.

Who is the document library for?

Documents in our document library can be viewed by members of the public, as part of our publication scheme.

Why can’t I find the document I want?

There could be many reasons why you are unable to find the document you are looking for.

  • You may be mistyping the search term.
  • Looking in the wrong place i.e. wrong organisation, document type, etc.
  • The document may not exist.
  • The document may have expired and is being reviewed.

Who is responsible for the document library?

The document library is managed by Cornwall IT Services. The documents in the document library are the responsibility of, and owned by each trust.

At NHS Kernow, the responsibility sits with the corporate governance team.

I used to be able to see a document but it isn’t there anymore. Can I still access it some other way?

If the document is no longer available then it may have expired, been withdrawn or replaced. Expired or withdrawn documents are no longer available unless by special permission.
