The Cornwall Quality Care Collaborative was launched on Tuesday 25 November 2014.
The collaborative will be an on-going forum where individuals from health, social care, independent and voluntary sectors across the health community will come together, as a group to share information, discuss and challenge accepted ways of working and develop solutions to bring about improvements in care.
The vision of the group is to support equity of care for all patients and clients irrespective of their care provider or care setting.
The collaborative is always actively encouraging new membership and would like to welcome anyone with an interest to contact Sam Southey on the details below for further information.
