Gorran Haven branch surgery
In November 2020, we asked people living in Gorran Haven and the surrounding area to tell us their experiences of using health services following the temporary closure of the branch surgery in November 2019.
The survey was posted to all households registered with the Mevagissey Surgery. This is approximately 3,000 households and includes those who would have previously accessed Gorran Haven branch surgery.
The survey closed in December 2020. The views of the 180 people who took part in the survey have been considered by our primary care team to understand how people have accessed services.
We are now able to share with you details of what people shared with us as part of the engagement exercise, and how the information will be used. Thank you for your patience.
