The Truro Primary Care Network covers Truro and some rural outlying settlements. This Primary Care Network has approximately 35,000 patients.
There are 3 Primary Care Networks in the North Cornwall Integrated Care Area. The area has a population of around 65,000 patients.
The north Kerrier Primary Care Network includes Redruth, Pool and Camborne, surrounding areas and extends to Praze-an-Beeble.
The mid Cornwall Primary Care Network includes the Roseland, Lostwithiel, St Austell, the Clays, Newquay and Padstow.
The east Cornwall Primary Care Network (PCN) covers the Rame peninsula, Looe, Saltash and Launceston. The PCN has around 105,000 patients.
The coastal cluster covers Carnon Downs, St Agnes and Perranporth. The Primary Care Network has approximately 19,000 patients.
